Terms for the website, analysis workflow, resources, and subscription.

These terms describe permitted use, the human-review boundary, subscription billing, and the limits of educational and production-stage material.

Agreement and eligibility.

These terms apply when a person accesses or uses a service published by Role Evidence. A user must have legal capacity to accept the terms and authority to act for any organization named during checkout, contact, or onboarding.

Live analysis use.

A user may submit only a resume they own or have authority to process. The analysis workflow is an evidence-review aid, not an automated employment decision-maker. A person must review the requirement extraction, citations, unresolved details, and any resulting employment action.

The analysis workflow may reject unsupported files, image-only documents, oversized input, suspected abuse, or requests that cannot be processed safely. Results are short-lived and may be unavailable during capacity limits or maintenance.

Educational resources.

Articles, calculators, notice drafts, schema drafts, and other resources are educational. They are not legal advice, an independent audit, a certification, or a guarantee of compliance or employment outcomes. A qualified professional should review any legal notice or policy before publication.

Subscription.

The subscription is $99 per month and is charged immediately as a recurring subscription. There is no free trial. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no prorated refund is provided for the remaining portion of that period.

The subscription includes assisted onboarding and a basic analysis workspace. This website does not include a full recruiter workspace, saved candidates, sourcing, or background research. Stripe provides the hosted checkout and subscription-management portal.

Acceptable use and suspension.

A user may not use the service for prohibited automated decisions, unlawful discrimination, unauthorized data processing, security abuse, malware, prompt injection intended to change system rules, or attempts to bypass limits. Access may be restricted to protect people, systems, or lawful operation.

Ownership and feedback.

The user retains rights in submitted content. The service receives only the limited permission needed to process authorized input and return the requested result. Role Evidence and its licensors retain rights in the website, product, documentation, and record schema, subject to any stated license for a downloadable resource.

Feedback may be used to improve the product without identifying a candidate or disclosing confidential customer information.

Service limitations.

The product is production-stage and can contain extraction, suppression, inference, citation, or availability errors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that exceed a written subscription agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and governing terms.

A signed subscription agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms. The configured jurisdiction is United States. Use the contact form for general inquiries. A production legal notice address must be supplied through the deployment configuration before publication.
